A 65-foot Gloucester fishing boat that suffered engine failure Wednesday while on a fishing trip to Georges Bank was being towed back toward Cape Cod by a Coast Guard cutter Thursday. The Grace Marie, captained by 46-year-old Riverdale resident Sebastian Noto, was drifting without power on the southeast portion of Georges Bank, 150 miles east of Nantucket, when it issued a distress call around ...
